Strawberry Cheesecake Milkshakes

The milkshake

The toppings

crushed vegan graham crackers

full-fat coconut milk

sugar or other sweetener

vanilla extract (for whipped cream)
Instructions
- Refrigerate the can of coconut milk overnight for whipped cream preparation.
- Chill a medium-sized bowl.
- Open the refrigerated can upside down, pour out the coconut water, and scoop the coconut cream into the chilled bowl.
- Whip the coconut cream until fluffy, adding a pinch of sugar and a dash of vanilla extract.
- Blend all milkshake ingredients except the graham cracker crumbs until smooth.
- Pour the milkshake into glasses and top with whipped coconut cream and crushed graham crackers.
