Instructions
- Cook the pasta in salted water according to package directions.
- Heat olive oil in a large sauté pan over medium heat.
- Add onions, garlic, carrot, celery, and salt; cook until softened.
- Add broccoli and asparagus; cook until vibrant green.
- Remove from heat, drain pasta, and add to the pan.
- Stir in frozen peas, lime juice, olive oil, herbes de Provence, and pepper.
- Mix well and serve immediately, garnished with Parmesan and basil.
