Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Combine the basil, pine nuts, parmesan cheese, garlic, and olive oil in a food processor and blend to make the pesto.
- Place the cream cheese block on a baking tray, optionally lined with parchment paper.
- Spread a thick layer of pesto over the cream cheese.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until the top is brown and bubbly.
- Serve with whole grain crackers or toast points.
