Perfect Baked Pork Tenderloin

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400ºF.
- Mix the spices for the rub and apply it to the pork tenderloin.
- Heat butter in a cast-iron skillet and sear the pork for 2-3 minutes on each side.
- Remove the pork and deglaze the skillet with 1.5 cups of broth, scraping the bottom.
- Add onion, garlic, mushrooms, and balsamic vinegar to the skillet and cook for 3 minutes.
- Place the pork back into the skillet surrounded by the veggies and roast for 10 minutes.
- Flip the pork and continue roasting for 12-16 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 145ºF.
- Let the pork rest for 5-10 minutes after removing it from the oven.
- Prepare the gravy by adding more broth to the skillet, bringing it to a simmer, and thickening with cornstarch.
- Slice the pork and serve with the mushroom gravy.
