Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F and place a cast iron pan inside to heat.
- In a bowl, mix together all the spices and season with salt.
- Rub the spice mixture evenly over the pork tenderloins.
- Carefully remove the hot pan from the oven, add the oil, and swirl it around.
- Place the pork tenderloins in the hot pan and return it to the oven.
- Roast for 10 minutes, then turn the tenderloins and continue roasting until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F, about 8-14 minutes more.
- Remove the pan from the oven and let the pork rest for 5-10 minutes under foil.
- On the stovetop, sauté the minced garlic in the pan for about 20 seconds.
- Add the chicken broth and reduce the sauce by half, about 4-5 minutes.
- Whisk in the cornstarch mixture and cook until thickened, about 1 minute.
- Slice the pork into ½-inch thick pieces and serve with the pan sauce.
