Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix the spices in a small bowl and rub the mixture over all sides of the pork tenderloin.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and brown the pork on both sides for 2-3 minutes each.
- In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, minced garlic, and hot sauce, then spread this mixture over the browned pork.
- Transfer the pork to the oven and roast until the center reaches 140 degrees, about 20-30 minutes.
- Let the pork rest for 10 minutes covered with aluminum foil before carving and serving.
