Instructions
- Dry the pork tenderloin with a paper towel.
- Mix the dry rub ingredients and rub them all over the pork.
- Whisk the marinade ingredients together and place them in a bag with the pork, ensuring it's submerged; marinate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Preheat the grill to 450°F – 500°F.
- Sear the pork on the grill for 2 minutes on each side over direct heat.
- Turn half the burners to low and move the pork to the low heat side; reduce the grill temperature to around 400°F.
- Grill the pork for about 12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until it reaches an internal temperature of at least 145°F.
- Remove from the grill and let rest for at least 5 minutes before slicing.
