Instructions
- Whisk together the marinade ingredients in a bowl.
- Place the pork in a ziptop bag with the marinade, seal, and refrigerate for 2 hours to 1 day.
- Let the pork sit at room temperature for 30 minutes before grilling.
- Preheat the grill to medium heat (about 350°F).
- Remove the pork from the marinade and discard the marinade.
- Grill the pork, flipping once, until it reaches 135°F internally, about 12 to 15 minutes.
- Let the pork rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
