Ingredients

The pork

  • 1 lb pork tenderloin

The marinade

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • as needed for grilling vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the marinade ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Place the pork in a ziptop bag with the marinade, seal, and refrigerate for 2 hours to 1 day.
  3. Let the pork sit at room temperature for 30 minutes before grilling.
  4. Preheat the grill to medium heat (about 350°F).
  5. Remove the pork from the marinade and discard the marinade.
  6. Grill the pork, flipping once, until it reaches 135°F internally, about 12 to 15 minutes.
  7. Let the pork rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
