Ingredients

The marinade

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ large lemon (juiced)
  • teaspoons kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme

The meat

  • pounds pork tenderloin

Instructions

  1. Combine the marinade ingredients in a small bowl and mix well.
  2. Place the pork tenderloin in a resealable bag, coat it with the marinade, seal it, and refrigerate for at least 10 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill and remove excess marinade from the pork before grilling.
  4. Grill the pork for 1 minute on each side, then for 4 minutes on each of the larger sides.
  5. Check the internal temperature and let the pork rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
