Instructions
- Mix olive oil, lime juice, brown sugar, smoked paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl to form a thick paste.
- Rub the mixture over the pork tenderloins and place them in a shallow dish. Refrigerate for up to 24 hours for more flavor, or grill immediately.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (about 375°F).
- Grill the pork for 10 minutes, then flip and continue cooking until the internal temperature reaches 145°F, about 8-10 more minutes.
- Remove the pork from the grill and tent with aluminum foil for 10-15 minutes before slicing and serving.
