Grilled Pork Tenderloin

Instructions
- Combine lime zest, lime juice, honey, salt, and garlic powder in a jar and shake to mix.
- Reserve half of the marinade in the refrigerator.
- In a plastic bag, combine the remaining marinade with the chipotle pepper and mash to mix.
- Add the pork tenderloin to the bag, seal it, and refrigerate for 6 to 24 hours, turning halfway.
- Remove the pork from the bag and let it rest at room temperature while preparing the grill.
- Prepare the grill for cooking, either charcoal or gas.
- Cook the pork on the grill for 12 to 15 minutes, turning every 1 ½ to 2 minutes until it reaches an internal temperature of 140°F.
- Wrap the cooked tenderloin in foil with the reserved marinade and let it rest for 10 minutes.
- Slice the tenderloin and garnish with cilantro before serving.
