Ingredients

Honey Mustard Marinade

  • ½ cup apple cider vinegar
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • teaspoons coarsely ground pepper
  • pounds pork tenderloin

Honey Mustard Sauce (optional)

  • ¼ cup honey
  • 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the marinade ingredients in a bowl and pour into a zip-top bag with the pork tenderloin. Seal and refrigerate overnight.
  2. Remove the pork from the fridge and let it reach room temperature. Discard the marinade and preheat the grill to medium-high.
  3. Grill the tenderloin for 8 to 10 minutes on all sides until the internal temperature reaches 150° to 155°. Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
  4. For the sauce, whisk together honey and Dijon mustard. Serve the sliced pork with the sauce if desired.
