Honey-Orange Pork Tenderloin

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Whisk together the orange marmalade, cider vinegar, soy sauce, minced garlic, and honey in a bowl. Reserve 2 tablespoons of the sauce.
- Heat the oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season the pork tenderloin with salt and pepper, then sear it in the hot oil for 1-2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Remove the skillet from heat, drain excess oil, and pour about half of the sauce over the pork.
- Place the skillet in the oven and cook for 10 minutes.
- Remove the skillet from the oven, flip the tenderloin, and pour the remaining sauce over it (except for the reserved 2 tablespoons).
- Return the skillet to the oven and cook for another 10 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 155°F.
- Let the pork stand for 10 minutes, then drizzle with the reserved sauce and slice.
