Instructions
- Measure the weight and thickness of the pork tenderloin.
- Mix the dry rub ingredients and coat the pork tenderloin.
- Whisk together the sauce ingredients until the honey is dissolved.
- Mix the corn starch and cold water to create a slurry.
- Turn on the Sauté setting, add olive oil and butter, and brown the pork on all sides.
- Remove the pork and deglaze the pot with the sauce.
- Return the pork to the pot and coat it with the sauce.
- Close the lid, set the steam release knob to Sealing, and cook on LOW Pressure for 1 minute.
- Let the pot sit for 15 minutes for natural release, then release any remaining steam.
- Check the internal temperature of the pork; it should be 145°F.
- Remove the pork, cover with foil, and preheat the oven to Broil.
- Turn on the Sauté setting and add the corn starch slurry to thicken the sauce.
- Spoon sauce over the pork and broil until caramelized.
- Slice the tenderloin and serve over rice with additional sauce.
