Ingredients

The pork

  • 1 lb Pork Tenderloin

Dry Rub

  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Onion Powder
  • ½ tsp Chili Powder
  • ½ tsp Thyme
  • 1 tsp Rosemary

The sauce

  • ½ cup Orange Juice
  • 1 ½ Tbsp Garlic (pressed or finely minced)
  • ½ cup Soy Sauce (low sodium)
  • 3 Tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 1 tsp Grated Ginger
  • ½ cup Honey

For browning the pork

  • 1 tsp Olive Oil
  • 3 Tbsp Butter

To thicken the sauce

  • 3 Tbsp Corn Starch
  • 4 Tbsp Cold Water

For serving

  • 2-3 cups Hot Cooked Rice

Instructions

  1. Measure the weight and thickness of the pork tenderloin.
  2. Mix the dry rub ingredients and coat the pork tenderloin.
  3. Whisk together the sauce ingredients until the honey is dissolved.
  4. Mix the corn starch and cold water to create a slurry.
  5. Turn on the Sauté setting, add olive oil and butter, and brown the pork on all sides.
  6. Remove the pork and deglaze the pot with the sauce.
  7. Return the pork to the pot and coat it with the sauce.
  8. Close the lid, set the steam release knob to Sealing, and cook on LOW Pressure for 1 minute.
  9. Let the pot sit for 15 minutes for natural release, then release any remaining steam.
  10. Check the internal temperature of the pork; it should be 145°F.
  11. Remove the pork, cover with foil, and preheat the oven to Broil.
  12. Turn on the Sauté setting and add the corn starch slurry to thicken the sauce.
  13. Spoon sauce over the pork and broil until caramelized.
  14. Slice the tenderloin and serve over rice with additional sauce.
