Instructions
- Trim any silver skin from the tenderloins and rub with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a cast-iron skillet and sear the pork tenderloins for 2 minutes on each side until browned.
- In a bowl, mix together chicken broth, coconut aminos, honey, apple cider vinegar, and minced garlic.
- Place the pork tenderloins in the Crock Pot without overlapping and pour the chicken broth mixture over them. Arrange rosemary sprigs on the sides.
- Cook in the Crock Pot on Low for 2 to 3 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
- Optionally, slice the tenderloins, return them to the Crock Pot with the sauce, and heat on High for an additional 5-8 minutes.
