Instructions
- Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Season the pork tenderloins with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Sear the pork for 5-6 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Place the pork in the slow cooker.
- In a bowl, mix the remaining olive oil, chicken broth, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, brown sugar, and garlic.
- Pour the sauce over the pork in the slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 6-8 hours or HIGH for 4 hours.
- Remove the pork and keep warm.
- Pour the cooking liquid into a pot and bring to a simmer.
- Mix cornstarch with cold water, add to the pot, and bring to a boil until thickened.
- Stir in the butter until melted, then slice or shred the pork and serve with the sauce and parsley.
