Crock Pot Pork Loin with Honey Garlic Glaze

Instructions
- Season the pork loin with salt and pepper on all sides.
- Sear the pork loin in melted butter until browned on all sides, then remove and deglaze the pan with broth and wine.
- Place sliced onions in the slow cooker, add the pork loin, and pour the sauce over it, then add garlic, butter pieces, and thyme.
- Cook on low for 4-5 hours or high for 2-3 hours until the internal temperature reaches 140ºF.
- Remove the pork and let it rest for about 15 minutes.
- Make the glaze by simmering the cooking liquid until reduced.
- Slice the pork and serve with glaze and your choice of sides.
