Sweet Balsamic Glazed Pork

The glaze

brown sugar, light or dark

Instructions
- Combine sage, salt, pepper, and garlic in a small bowl and rub the mixture all over the pork roast.
- For the slow cooker, place the pork in the slow cooker with ½ cup of water and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
- For the Instant Pot, add the pork and 1 cup of water or broth, secure the lid, and cook on high pressure for 60 minutes. Let the pressure naturally release for 10 minutes before quick releasing the remaining pressure.
- Near the end of the cooking time, whisk together all glaze ingredients in a small saucepan and bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until thickened, about 2-3 minutes.
- Remove the pork from the cooker, shred it, and drizzle the glaze over the pork before serving.
