Honey Balsamic BBQ Pork Sandwiches

Instructions
- 1. Season the pork roast with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- 2. For the Instant Pot, cut the roast in half, place it in the pot, and add liquid smoke and broth. Cook on high pressure for 60 minutes and let the pressure release naturally for 10 minutes.
- 3. For the slow cooker, place the seasoned pork in the cooker, add liquid smoke and broth, and cook on low for 8-9 hours.
- 4. For the BBQ sauce, combine all sauce ingredients in a saucepan, heat while stirring until simmering, and simmer for 15-20 minutes until thickened.
- 5. Shred the pork, drain excess cooking liquid, and mix with the BBQ sauce. Serve on buns.
