Instructions
- Rinse the pork roast in cold water and trim excess fat.
- Pat the pork dry, then sprinkle with liquid smoke and seasonings.
- Place the pork in the slow cooker and add about ½ inch of water.
- Cook on low for 8-10 hours.
- Once cooked, drain the liquid and shred the pork in the slow cooker.
- Mix in enough BBQ sauce to coat the meat without making it soupy.
- Heat the mixture through with the lid on.
- Serve on sliced rolls topped with coleslaw and dill pickles.
