Instructions
- Mix the onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, brown sugar, salt, pepper, and cumin in a small bowl.
- Sprinkle the spice mixture over the pork and place it in a slow cooker with the chicken broth.
- Cook on LOW for 7-8 hours or HIGH for 4 hours.
- Remove the pork from the slow cooker and shred it, then toss with barbecue sauce.
- Serve the pulled pork on buns with slaw.
- For the slaw, combine cabbage and carrots in a bowl.
- Mix lime juice, vinegar, sugar, and olive oil; season with salt and pepper.
- Let the slaw chill in the fridge for at least one hour and add cilantro before serving.
