Instructions
- Pat the trimmed pork dry and season with spices, letting it sit for 20 minutes.
- Heat oil in a Dutch oven and sear the pork until browned on all sides.
- Place diced onion in the slow cooker.
- Whisk together broth, coconut aminos, apple cider vinegar, and molasses.
- Put the pork roast into the slow cooker and pour the broth mixture around it.
- Cook on low for 10-12 hours until tender.
- Transfer the pork to a bowl and shred it with two forks.
- Strain the onions from the cooking liquid and pour the liquid over the shredded pork.
