Instructions
- Mix together the sauce ingredients and set aside.
- Turn on the Sauté setting and heat olive oil, then brown the pork tenderloin on each side.
- Remove the pork and set aside.
- Cook the onion until tender, deglazing the pot as needed.
- Turn off the pot and place the pork on top of the onions.
- Pour the sauce over the pork.
- Seal the lid and set to Pressure Cook for 0 minutes.
- After cooking, let it sit for 15 minutes before releasing the steam.
- Check the pork temperature; it should be 143° to 145°.
- Remove the pork and cover with foil.
- Turn on Sauté and stir in the corn starch slurry to thicken the sauce.
- Serve the sliced pork with sauce over hot rice, garnished with green onions.
