Ingredients

The marinade

  • ½ cup olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 ½ teaspoons lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoon parsley leaves, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon thyme leaves, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 ½ teaspoons minced garlic

The meat

  • 2 ½ pounds pork tenderloin

Instructions

  1. Combine all marinade ingredients in a bowl or resealable bag and mix well.
  2. Add the pork tenderloin to the marinade and let it sit for at least 1 hour, or up to 8 hours.
  3. Cook the marinated pork using your preferred method (grilling, broiling, or sautéing) until it reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.
  4. Let the pork rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
