The Honey Mustard Sauce

Instructions
- Combine the marinade ingredients in a bowl or jar and mix well.
- Marinate the pork chops in the mixture for 4-8 hours in the refrigerator.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove the pork chops from the marinade and grill for 8-12 minutes on each side until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F.
- Let the pork chops rest for 5 minutes before serving.
- Prepare the honey mustard sauce by mixing all the sauce ingredients in a bowl and seasoning to taste.
- Serve the grilled pork chops with the honey mustard sauce drizzled on top.
