Instructions
- Pat the pork chops dry and season both sides with garlic powder, cayenne pepper, sea salt, and black pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering, then sear the pork chops for 2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Remove the pork chops from the pan and reduce the heat to medium.
- Melt the butter in the pan and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add honey, coconut aminos, and apple cider vinegar to the pan, whisk together, and cook until the sauce starts to thicken.
- Return the pork chops to the pan, baste them in the sauce, and cook until they reach an internal temperature of 140°F, then let them rest before serving.
