Instructions
- Prepare the honey garlic sauce by whisking together honey, soy sauce, chili sauce, and rice vinegar until the honey dissolves.
- In a separate bowl, mix corn starch, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cut the pork chops into strips about 2 to 3 inches long and ½ inch thick.
- Toss each strip in the corn starch mixture to coat.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium/high heat.
- Add a layer of pork strips to the skillet and sear for 2-3 minutes on one side, then remove and set aside.
- Repeat searing with remaining pork strips.
- Return all pork to the skillet, add the honey garlic sauce, and bring to a simmer over medium heat.
- Let the sauce simmer with the pork for 3-5 minutes until it thickens.
- Remove from heat, toss the pork, and sprinkle with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
