Honey Garlic Pork Chops

The sauce

Instructions
- 1. Heat olive oil in a pan over high heat and season pork chops with salt and pepper.
- 2. Brown the pork chops for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden.
- 3. Place the browned pork chops in the slow cooker.
- 4. In a bowl, whisk together garlic, ketchup, soy sauce, and honey, then pour over the pork chops.
- 5. Cover and cook on LOW for 4 hours.
- 6. Mix cornstarch with ¼ cup cold water and add to the slow cooker.
- 7. Cook for an additional hour until the sauce thickens and pork is tender.
- 8. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
