Instructions
- Whisk together olive oil, coconut aminos, honey, apple cider vinegar, minced garlic, paprika, onion powder, sea salt, and black pepper.
- Place the pork chops in a large zip lock bag and pour the marinade over them, ensuring they are evenly coated.
- Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or up to overnight.
- Remove the pork chops from the marinade and let them sit at room temperature while preheating the grill.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (400-450 degrees F) for at least 10 minutes.
- Place the pork chops over direct heat and grill for about 9-13 minutes for bone-in chops, flipping every few minutes until the internal temperature reaches 140 degrees F.
- Remove from the grill and let the pork chops rest for 5 minutes before serving.
