Ingredients

Pork Chop Seasoning

  • ½ tsp chili powder
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp coconut sugar
  • ½ tsp dried oregano
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper

Grilled Pork Chops

  • 2 pieces bone-in pork chops
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (approximately 400°F).
  2. Combine all seasoning ingredients in a small bowl.
  3. Rub or brush the olive oil on both sides of the pork chops.
  4. Season the pork chops generously with the seasoning mix on both sides.
  5. Place the pork chops on the grill and cook for 5-7 minutes per side until they reach an internal temperature of 140°F.
  6. Remove the pork chops from the grill and let them rest for at least 5 minutes before serving.
