Juicy Broiled Pork Chops

The pork chops
-

pieces
bone-in pork chops (about 1.5 inches thick)

olive oil
Instructions
- Adjust the oven rack to be about 9 inches away from the heating element.
- Set the oven to broil on high and let it heat up.
- Combine the seasoning ingredients in a small bowl.
- Drizzle oil over each pork chop and rub it on both sides.
- Season both sides of the pork chops with the seasoning mix.
- Place the pork chops in the oven and broil for 7-8 minutes per side, flipping halfway.
- If not fully cooked after 8 minutes per side, continue cooking and flip every 2 minutes until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F.
- Remove from the oven and let the pork chops rest for 3-5 minutes before serving.
