Instructions
- Mix the garlic powder, chili powder, brown sugar, salt, pepper, and paprika in a bowl.
- Season the pork chops with the spice mixture on both sides and let them sit for at least 20 minutes.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F and drizzle olive oil in the basket.
- Place the pork chops in the air fryer basket, ensuring they lay flat.
- Cook the pork chops for 5 minutes, then flip them over.
- If using BBQ sauce, spread it over each pork chop and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Remove the pork chops from the air fryer and let them cool for 5 minutes before serving.
