Instructions
- Coat the pork chops with oil on a large tray.
- Mix the spice ingredients in a small bowl.
- Sprinkle the spice mix evenly on both sides of the pork chops.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F for 5 minutes.
- Place the pork chops in the air fryer without overlapping and cook at 400°F for 12 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Check the internal temperature with a meat thermometer; it should read 140°F.
- Remove the pork chops from the air fryer and let them rest before serving.
