Ingredients

The marinade

  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 2 teaspoons parsley leaves, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons thyme leaves, chopped
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic

The pork chops

  • 4 pork chops (bone-in or boneless)

Instructions

  1. Combine the marinade ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Place the pork chops in the marinade and let them soak for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  4. Grill the pork chops for 6-8 minutes on each side until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F.
  5. Let the pork chops rest for 5 minutes before serving, garnished with additional parsley if desired.
