The pork chops

Instructions
- Combine the marinade ingredients in a bowl.
- Place the pork chops in the marinade and let them soak for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator.
- Preheat the grill to medium heat.
- Grill the pork chops for 6-8 minutes on each side until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F.
- Let the pork chops rest for 5 minutes before serving, garnished with additional parsley if desired.
