Ingredients

  • 1 lb pork chop

  • tablespoons fish sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sweet soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ tablespoon cilantro stems, minced
  • 3 tablespoons coconut milk

Instructions

  1. Rinse and pat dry the pork chops.
  2. Mix the remaining ingredients to create a marinade.
  3. Place the pork chops in a plastic bag and pour the marinade over them, ensuring they are well coated. Marinate for 2 hours or overnight.
  4. Preheat the grill and brush oil on the pork chops.
  5. Grill the pork chops, turning occasionally, until cooked through.
  6. Serve immediately.
