Instructions
- Preheat the grill to about 500°F.
- Sear the pork chops over direct heat until they reach an internal temperature of 140°F.
- Let the chops rest for approximately 5-10 minutes to allow residual heat to raise the temperature to 145°F.
- In a medium saucepan, brown the garlic.
- Add the green onions, ginger, soy sauce, and honey to the pan and whisk together.
- Simmer the sauce for 5 minutes and season to taste with pepper.
- Brush the sauce on the chops as they come off the grill or drizzle it over sliced chops.
