Instructions
- Combine the rub ingredients and apply to the pork tenderloin, letting it sit for 5 minutes.
- Mix the glaze ingredients and apply to the pork just before grilling.
- Set up the grill for indirect and direct cooking, aiming for a temperature of 350 degrees.
- Cook the pork on the indirect side until it reaches an internal temperature of 140 degrees, about 20 to 25 minutes.
- Grill the pork on direct heat for 3 minutes on each side for char marks.
- Tent the pork under foil for 10 minutes before serving.
