Instructions
- Combine the rub ingredients and coat the pork tenderloin with olive oil and the rub mixture.
- In a saucepan, combine all glaze ingredients and simmer on low for 10 minutes. Divide the glaze into two bowls.
- Preheat the grill to 375°F, creating direct and indirect cooking zones.
- Cook the pork on indirect heat for 6 minutes per side, totaling 12 minutes.
- Coat the pork with glaze and sear on the direct heat side for 4 minutes on each side until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
- Remove from the grill and tent under foil for 10 minutes before serving with additional glaze.
