Instructions
- Combine spice rub ingredients in a jar and shake until uniform.
- Rub spice mixture onto pork tenderloins and marinate for 2 to 24 hours.
- Melt apricot preserves in a saucepan, remove from heat, and add remaining glaze ingredients, reserving half for later.
- Preheat the grill to 400 degrees and grill pork for 4 minutes on each side, applying glaze and grilling for an additional 2 minutes.
- Check internal temperature; if it reaches 145 degrees, remove from grill and tent with foil for 5 minutes before serving.
