Instructions
- Combine the spices for the rub and season the pork tenderloin evenly.
- Preheat the grill to high, or preheat the broiler to high.
- Grill or broil the tenderloin for 5 minutes on each side, then move to indirect heat if grilling.
- Cover the grill and cook for an additional 10 to 12 minutes, turning halfway, until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
- Let the pork rest for about 5 minutes before slicing.
