Instructions
- Scramble the eggs with coconut aminos and cook in a skillet until set.
- Remove the eggs and cut them into strips.
- Sauté onion and snap peas in the same skillet until crisp-tender.
- Add spaghetti squash, chicken, and cooked egg to the skillet and heat through.
- Stir in the Sunshine Sauce and mix well.
- Serve with optional garnishes.
