Peach Bourbon Pie

Instructions
- Whisk together flour, white sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, and lemon zest in a large bowl.
- Add the peaches and toss to combine, then add lemon juice and bourbon, tossing until coated.
- Roll out the bottom pie crust and place it in a pie pan, then pour in the peach filling and smooth the top.
- Cut butter into small pieces and sprinkle over the peaches.
- Roll out the second half of the dough for the top crust, place it over the pie, and pinch the edges together.
- Brush the top crust with milk and sprinkle with sugar, then cut slits for ventilation.
- Bake at 400°F for 30 minutes, then reduce the heat to 350°F and bake for an additional 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
