  • 1 small knob fresh turmeric (or ¼ tsp dried turmeric)
  • 1 pitted medjool date (optional for sweetness)
  • 1 scoop vanilla plant-based protein powder (optional)

Instructions

  2. Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
