Easy Pizza Soup

Instructions
- Heat a Dutch oven or large pot on medium-high heat.
- Add the ground meat, onions, bell peppers, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to the pot and break down the meat.
- Cook until the meat is no longer pink, draining any excess fat if necessary.
- Stir in the pepperoni, marinara sauce, fire-roasted tomatoes, and broth.
- Reduce the heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15-20 minutes until thick.
- Top the soup with shredded mozzarella cheese before serving.
