Corned Beef Hash

Instructions
- Boil water in a medium pot and add the potatoes, cooking for 5 minutes until partially cooked, then drain.
- In a large skillet, heat butter over medium-high heat and sauté the onion for 3 minutes.
- Add the potatoes, garlic, salt, pepper, cayenne, and thyme to the skillet, and sauté for another 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Once the potatoes are browned, add the corned beef and sauté for a few more minutes to warm it.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
