Quick Chicken Tortellini Soup

Instructions
- Melt butter in a large pot over medium heat.
- Cook onions for 3 to 5 minutes until they begin to turn translucent.
- Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds to 1 minute until golden.
- Add carrots, celery, and chicken broth; bring to a simmer and cook for 20 minutes.
- Stir in tortellini, oregano, and basil; cook according to tortellini package instructions until al dente.
- Add cooked chicken and heavy cream; season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Heat until chicken is warmed through, then serve.
