Spicy Tuna Guacamole Bowls

Instructions
- Cook the edamame according to the package directions and let it cool.
- Dice the cucumber and shred the carrot.
- Drain the tuna and chop the cilantro.
- In each bowl, place ¾ cup of cooked rice.
- Top with ¼ cup edamame, ½ can of tuna, ¼ cup guacamole, diced cucumber, shredded carrots, and cilantro.
- Drizzle with sriracha and sprinkle sesame seeds before serving.
