Instructions
- Cut the tuna into small squares and transfer to a bowl.
- Chop the mango, cucumber, and avocado into small squares and add to the bowl with the tuna.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the soy sauce (or coconut aminos), rice wine vinegar, siracha, sesame oil, and ginger.
- Pour the sauce over the tuna mixture and add the sesame seeds.
- Mix everything together well, ensuring the tuna is well coated.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
- Serve immediately over greens, rice, or cauliflower rice.
