Tuna Poke Bowl

The Sriracha Mayo

The Bowl

jasmine rice, cooked

cucumber, thinly sliced

Instructions
- Mix mayo and sriracha in a small bowl and set aside.
- Combine tuna, sesame oil, tamari, black sesame, ginger, rice wine vinegar, and green onion in a medium bowl. Toss gently and let marinate for 15 minutes.
- Cook jasmine rice and prepare the veggies while the tuna marinates.
- Assemble the poke bowl with ¼ cup rice, 4 oz tuna, ½ cup cucumber, ¼ cup carrots, and ½ avocado per serving.
- Garnish with additional green onion, black sesame seeds, and a drizzle of sriracha mayo.
