Instructions
- Cook sushi rice by boiling water and rice, then simmer until water is absorbed.
- Let the rice sit covered for 15 minutes after cooking.
- Mix sushi rice seasoning ingredients until sugar dissolves.
- Spread the rice in a pan, drizzle half the seasoning over it, and fold gently.
- Let the rice cool to warm or room temperature.
- Prepare the dressing by mixing all dressing ingredients in a bowl.
- Divide the cooled rice into bowls and top with radish, carrot, edamame, and avocado.
- Toss the diced tuna in the dressing and place it on top of the rice.
- Sprinkle cucumber, green onion, and sesame seeds on top.
- Drizzle remaining dressing over the bowls and serve immediately.
